Backups: Each account comes with a control panel that allows each customer to make backup copies of crucial account information. It is imperative that each customer takes the initiative to ensure their files are backed up as much as they see fit. It is solely your responsibility to maintain local copies of your website content and any information on your account(s) including but not limited to website, email, databases, mailing lists, and archives. The "CPanel Control" has easy account backup program included A weekly back up is good practice. If loss of data occurs due to an error of we will attempt to recover any data lost free of charge. We do maintain a guaranteed up time of 99.9%

Bandwidth: Customers agree that if they are outside of their monthly bandwidth usage on any plans they will be billed in excess of that. Customers will be billed 1.50 per GB exceeding bandwidth usage. The CPanel control lets you easily monitor your monthly banwidth usage.

Copyrights: Protected information legally belongs solely to the holder of the copyright and should therefore not to be used without express permission from the owner.

Changes to the policy: From time to time will make changes to the policy, to better suit our customers, and as per business needs. In cases where customers are going to be directly affected. will make every attempt to contact customers directly. Otherwise we reserve the right to make changes to our policies at any time to suit changing technologies and new laws. Changes will be made to the policy without direct contact in such cases.

Indemnification Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against , its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless against liabilities arising out of;

• Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with server;
• Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
• Copyright infringement and
• Any defective products sold to customer from server.
• Shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy. Mevaser.com is only responsible to the present owner of the Web hosting space. We verify ownership by credit card number (if paid for by credit card), name, address, username, & password. If you give this information to any other party you risk having your Web site and any other information on your account changed and/or deleted. We are not responsible for any information on your account should you reveal this information.
  

Refund Policy: We will rufund hosting services on package accounts only. Package accounts come with a 15 day money back for the hosting portion of the package. If you choose to cancel your hosting services within 15 days of your Mevaser.com order, the hosting portion of your order is refundable.

Mevaser.com will protect the confidentiality of its customers information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law.
