Payment will be made in 2 payments (a 50% deposit and a 50% Final Payment) unless the Client is a regular website maintenance client.

Deposits. A deposit of 50% of the total contract price is required before work by www.mevaser.com will commence. For regular website maintenance clients, a deposit requirement, if required, will be noted on each Proposal.

• For designs which have been estimated at up to $600 + applicable tax, we require full payment before we begin the work.
• For yearly domain name registration and hosting services, we require the full one year fee at the time of setup.
• For designs which have been estimated at between $600 to $1,200 , we require a 50% deposit on the estimated cost of your design at the time we begin work for you (plus the applicable tax) and the remainder within 7 days after we have substantially completed your design. Should completion be delayed beyond normal completion time of 4 weeks or less due to the client's inability to provide us with all necessary information for varying reasons, we will then invoice you for the accrued time spent on your site, and will invoice you for the remainder of the work at a later date, once you have been able to give us all your material.
• For designs which have been estimated at over $1,200, we require 1/3 of the estimated price before we begin, 1/3 at the time of client approval of the initial design and the remainder within 7 days after we have completed your design. Should completion be delayed beyond normal completion time of 4 weeks or less due to the client's inability to provide us with all necessary information for varying reasons, we will then invoice you for the accrued time spent on your site, and will invoice you for the remainder of the work at a later date, once you have been able to give us all your material.

GST. GST is applicable and will be charged in full on the Final Invoice. If you are a website maintenance client, GST will be charged in full on your monthly invoices.

Accepted payment methods. Cheques, certified cheques, bank drafts, VISA & Mastercard through Paypal. Please make your cheques out to "Karl Delgadillo."

Invoice Generation & Delivery. Invoices are issued in PDF format and emailed or mailed on the same date immediately upon Project Completion. For website maintenance clients, invoices are issued and billed monthly on the last day of each month.

Bounced Cheques. A $75 fee will be levied on NSF cheques.

Refunds. There are no refunds, except as follows.  The one exception to our Refunds Policy is when the the Web Services Agreement is terminated by www.mevaser.com. If www.mevaser.com terminates the Web Services Agreement, www.mevaser.com shall bill for its services already invested in the project at its hourly rates and return the balance of the deposit.

Don't get the wrong idea here www.mevaser.com is not in the habit of terminating its Web Services Agreement - unless it's under extremely unreasonable circumstances.
